A summary of our proposals:
- 88 much needed high-quality new homes
- Creation of public open greenspaces for the enjoyment of all
- Landscaping works and restoring and preserving natural hedgerows
- Pushing for reduced speed limits to promote nearby road safety
- Producing plans which pay regard to Rotherfield’s history and heritage
- Contributions to provide local infrastructure improvements
- Improvements to pedestrian and other greener transport methods
- Investing in the local economy and creating jobs during the construction phase

COVID-19 UPDATE
In line with Government guidelines, Sigma Housing Group is taking full account of the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic.
We are keen to share our proposals with the whole community and receive feedback and we have therefore arranged several ways to view our plans and leave feedback for the project team:
- A virtual exhibition where residents and other local stakeholders can view and comment on the proposals from the comfort of their own home (hosted on this website)
- Printed copies will be available on request for those who do not have internet access
- A face-to-face consultation drop-in session which will take place on Friday 1 October from 3 to 6pm at Rotherfield Village Hall, Rotherfield, East Sussex
